Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Stores Operations/ESM level leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end, while coordinating pharmacy and retail store operations. You will support the Store Manager, manage scheduling, and ensure strong merchandising and asset protection.

You will lead recruitment, performance management, and development, with a focus on improving customer experience and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
