Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business acumen.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and store front operations.
• Support Store Manager to achieve deliverables and cover shifts; manage scheduling.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Improve customer experience by coaching, resolving complaints, and sharing best practices.
• Manage store operations, logistics, inventory, and adherence to policies and laws.
• Analyze store data to drive performance improvements and identify sales opportunities.
