• Engages customers, resolves complaints, and coaches teams to improve customer experience and service metrics.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Analyzes financial and performance data; drives store improvements and supports growth initiatives as directed by leadership.
