Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager/ESM-equivalent to lead store operations and frontline customer service, while supporting the Store Manager with the overall business. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies, pharmacy and retail requirements.

This role emphasizes people leadership, performance management, and driving sales and profitability through effective team execution and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and supervisory experience; or Walgreens internship program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with ethics, motivation, and strong communication.
• Completion of required Walgreens training programs within defined timelines.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Store Manager if offered.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
