Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Manager (ESM) to supervise customer service associates, manage the front end of the store, and assist in pharmacy and retail operations. You will lead recruitment, performance management, and ensure merchandising, asset protection, and profitability targets are met.

You will coach teams, drive customer service metrics, and manage scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; internship program acceptable.
• Supervisory experience or leadership development programs preferred.
