Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions or counseling up to termination.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events to support safety and policies.
• Open and close the store reliably; ensure staffing levels for busy periods.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends and expense control opportunities.
• Manage stock replenishment and inventory planning on a weekly basis.
• Facilitate merchandising, pricing, and signage per company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages and shrinkage.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control procedures; uphold security practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean store environment.
