Responsibilities

• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps or counseling.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Ensure proper staffing and daily opening/closing of the store.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends and control expenses; review inventory.
• Ensure merchandising and pricing presentation aligns with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cash control, and store security practices.
