Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform mathematical calculations including percentages and totals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of store staff and execution of all store processes.
• Recruit, select, and retain employees per laws and policies; ensure staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, address gaps.
• Make recommendations on pay and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Ensure proper opening/closing and staffing each day.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Manage ordering and inventory; review BSR and cycle counts weekly.
• Facilitate staging, stocking, and storage of merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Uphold cash control, security practices, and cashier accountability.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership; keep store clean and safe.
• Ensure proper equipment availability for tasks; follow SOPs and policies.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
