L.L.Bean in Colorado Springs is seeking a Store Team Leader of Operations to open and lead the new Briargate store. The role drives business results, directs team talent, and ensures a legendary customer experience aligned with our Outdoor Heritage and values.

The candidate will manage stock, inbound freight, and omni-channel processes while coaching teammates, promoting inclusion, and maintaining safe, efficient store operations.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel) and comfort with social media platforms.
• Capability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively to achieve goals.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store operations and lead the team to deliver the customer experience.
• Ensure stock room is organized and shipments are processed within 24 hours.
• Oversee inbound freight, replenishment, returns, and omni‑channel processes (BOPIS, BOSFS, BISSO).
• Support training of associates and deliver GUIDE training for new hires and year‑round staff.
