Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Senior ASM to lead store operations and a team of supervisors and associates in Upper Marlboro, MD.

This role drives customer service, in-stock performance, and safety while managing evolving service programs and promotions. The ideal candidate has a track record of frontline leadership in retail, strong cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• 1 year experience directly managing a team of sales associates (Specialty ASM).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in retail store freight flow logistics (Operations ASM).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates supporting product categories.
• Deliver SMART customer service, in-stock position, and store cleanliness.
• Set and track clear service and operational goals daily.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Manage store opening/closing procedures and staffing.
• Control payroll hours and operational expenses within the forecast.
