Qualifications

• 2 years experience leading associates in retail.
• 3 years experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• 1+ year as manager-on-duty handling daily store operations.
• 1+ year directly managing a team of sales associates (ASM).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates to achieve store goals.
• Model customer service, maintain stock levels, and keep the store safe and clean.
• Set and track clear service and operational goals daily.
• Escalate significant customer issues to senior leadership when needed.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures and payroll planning.
