Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, 2+ years of supervisory retail experience, and the ability to manage POS and cash handling with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay organized.
• Attention to detail and visually appealing store layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, audits, stock replenishment and markdowns.
• Open and/or close the store and oversee associates on duty.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash in compliance with policies.
• Maintain store standards and uphold policies and ethics.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment and positive pet parent experience.
• Support associate development and provide performance feedback.
