GOODWILL SOUTH FLORIDA TEP LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including financial performance, personnel management, front-end cash handling, floor and visual merchandising, and loss prevention. The role involves training others and cross-training in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3-10 team members.
Strong math skills and financial awareness for budgets, deposits, and reports.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store and perform bank deposits as required.
Tally cash registers and read daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Generate employee schedules and maintain records.
Ensure high levels of customer service and greet shoppers and donors.
Train and cross-train staff to cover all store functions.
Manage stockroom and ensure efficient processing of donations for sale.
Enforce loss prevention procedures and maintain store safety and security systems.
Provide leadership in HR activities including recruitment, coaching, and performance feedback.
