Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales while coaching Team Members.
• Open and close procedures, cash handling, and transport of bank deposits.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and motivate staff through leadership behaviors.
• Support hiring, training, and policy enforcement across the store.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and loss prevention.
