Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering sales results, Legendary Customer Experience, and staff development. • Prior retail leadership experience is required.

• Lead customer service initiatives and coaching of team members.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies across store activities.
