Job summary

Sephora in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead the operations team, oversee inventory, merchandising, and training, ensuring standards are met and the brand is presented at its best.

You’ll coach and develop your team, promote inclusivity, and partner with colleagues to meet store goals while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Support client experience by delivering exceptional service and contributing to store goals.
• Coach and develop team members and train on processes, selling behaviors, and metrics.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork while upholding Sephora standards.
