CVS Health Corporation in Arlington, VA, is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. The role focuses on driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team and model initiative. Responsibilities include store oversight, sales and inventory control, staffing and training, financial management, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
