Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance, and customer service excellence. You will lead a store crew, manage staffing, training, and development, and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement action plans for operational improvements.

Responsibilities include overall store management, sales and inventory oversight, financial management, and promoting CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

• Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation.
