Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

Lead a productive team, demonstrate initiative, and set a strong example. Responsibilities include management of sales, inventory, staffing, and finances, with a focus on improving operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
