CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a CVS/pharmacy store, drive execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, and strategic operations to ensure strong performance.

The position involves managing sales, inventory, finances and a customer-focused culture, with a full-time schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Must have advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• The Operations Manager also handles sales and inventory management and contributes to financial management and customer service leadership
