The role emphasizes management of sales, inventory, staffing, financials and customer service, with opportunities to grow within CVS/pharmacy’s management ladder. A full-time schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and coordinate activities with the team.
• Supervise, assign and direct the store’s crew to meet goals.
• Effectively communicate information to staff and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve issues as they arise.
