Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy store management team. You will help drive store execution, performance and customer service by leading a engaged team under the Store Manager and promoting health in every interaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inventory and financial management, and implementing policies. The role requires a full-time, 32-hour work week with some early mornings, overnights and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
