Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy team, leading store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. You will report to the Store Manager and help drive staffing, training, and financial management in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
