Job summary

TESO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Boston to support daily store operations, lead staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will help with policies, inventory and day-to-day activities while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, leadership, and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have open availability, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise staff and support customer interactions and sales activities.
• Step in for Store Manager when they are unavailable.
• May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed
