Job summary

TESO LIFE in Shenandoah, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store execution, shift leadership, merchandising, and coaching. You will drive floor order, customer service excellence, and stock replenishment while collaborating with the Store Manager.

You will coach employees, handle cashier controls, expiration checks, and closing procedures, ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail, supermarkets, beauty, lifestyle retail, or service industries.
• Associate degree or above; majors in retail management, marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Manager tasks and shift leadership; coordinate staffing, replenishment, merchandising, and closing inspections.
• Assist with customer complaints, returns/exchanges, and in-store service exceptions.
• Oversee cashier procedures, refunds, transaction voids, cash records, and deposits; ensure safe closing procedures.
