You will provide excellent customer service, help with daily operations, merchandise presentation, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while modeling professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of retail experience is required.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a positive and “can‑do” attitude.
• Able to multitask and possess critical decision‑making skills.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily tasks and store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with product merchandising.
• Provide a safe and clean store environment.
• Serve and greet all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
• Ensure customers are of proper age to purchase alcohol and tobacco.
• Keep track of store inventory.
• Initiate and implement new programs.
• Assist in the enforcement of company policies.
• Perform any additional tasks that may be needed.
