Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store and individual goals.
• Co-Leads floor sets/refresh management.
• Manage scheduling and back of house organization.
• Manages inventory, damages, and loss prevention.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates.
