Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an IMS store to ensure high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with Manager of Store Operations and Human Resources to train store employees and managers.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, asset upkeep, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage the store ordering process, quotations, and order fulfillment.
• Motivate and coach staff to create a positive customer experience and meet sales targets.
• Monitor profitability and ensure pricing meets market and company standards.
