Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors in Ocala is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store performance, coach staff, ensure safety and customer service, and translate store goals into day-to-day actions.

You will work with Store Directors, Assistant Managers, and Team Leads; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years leadership experience are expected. Experience with inventory and payroll systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership/management experience required.
• Experience leading departments of up to 40 team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a strong store experience and uphold safety and service standards.
• Coach team members, plan priorities, and respond to business needs.
• Learn and apply processes for inventory flow, labor planning, and merchandising execution.
