Job summary

2nd Swing is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day store functions including inventory, shipping, repairs, and customer service. You will partner with the General Manager to meet business goals and drive a customer-first culture in a fast-paced golf retail environment.

You will guide merchandising, processes, and people to deliver accurate operations and an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining high energy and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in retail or operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional issue resolution.
• Availability for 40-45 hours weekly, including varied schedule.
• Golf industry or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Communicate priorities to team and ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee inventory metrics and processes.
• Maintain merchandise planograms and store presentation.
• Coach and develop customer service, shipping, inventory, and repairs teams.
• Delegate effectively while supporting store goals.
• Resolve customer issues with management team.
• Support Sales and Fitting teams while exemplifying Core Values.
• Monitor operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure deadlines and performance goals are met.
• Foster a positive, high-energy store environment.
• Step in as needed to support operations.
