Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Baltimore, MD, to lead operational execution across freight scheduling, F2F processes, and weekly recovery activities. You will coach the Operations Team and support the Store Manager in delivering safe, productive, and compliant store operations.

The role emphasizes owning inventory controls, Receiver responsibilities, and maintaining backroom and dock standards while promoting Legendary Service and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (education can be substituted with experience).
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking execution.
• Lead F2F process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines and process expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution and ensure store recovery standards are maintained.
• Oversee Receiver role, including weekly checklist, coaching, and accountability for receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards and organization.
