Genki Sushi USA is seeking a Store Manager for our Kailua-Kona location in Hawaii. The role oversees Front of House and Back of House operations, staff training, scheduling, budgeting, and customer service to meet company standards.

You will monitor daily operations, manage labor and costs, and lead staff through performance reviews and retention initiatives. This is a full-time supervisory position requiring strong leadership and food-safety knowledge.

Qualifications

Three (3) years Back of House experience in a food service operation
At least two years of Management or Supervisory experience
Current certification for safe food handling from ServeSafe or HI DOH
Able to serve alcohol (if required) at stores with liquor licenses
Proficient with Windows-based computers and software including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsabilités

Maintain and ensure the restaurant complies with OSHA and sanitation/food safety programs
Monitor day-to-day operations and staff performance
Hire and Terminate staff; participate in staff training and performance reviews
Manage labor, COG, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs
Communicate regularly with the operations team on issues and concerns
Ensure customer service standards are trained, practiced, and enforced
