Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff performance.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and food safety programs in line with company policies.
• Coach and train staff; conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions.
• Monitor customer service quality and address guest feedback and complaints.
