Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive top-line sales, and oversee inventory controls and guest experience. This role focuses on realignments, planograms, and lifecycle processes while modeling Ulta Beauty’s mission and values.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage schedules and payroll within budget, ensure policy compliance, and partner with leadership to execute merchandising and service initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses.

Responsabilités

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to store visit/audit results.
• Lead and develop talent, provide coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Manage scheduling and attendance within budget, realignments, and store workload.
