Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Temecula, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead in-store execution, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

You’ll report to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager and help drive readiness, safety, and visual standards through coaching and hands-on leadership. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
