Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure readiness, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and will focus on execution, inventory integrity, and safety. Responsibilities include shipments, replenishment, back-of-house standards, and collaborating with partners to drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with a track record of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in real time.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity; may lead the business in some locations.
• Leads and models company values and policies; collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution.
