Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Fresno, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness, shipments, replenishment, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, coach associates, uphold safety and policy standards, and drive customer satisfaction through strong execution and leadership. This role requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
