Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle questions, problems and complaints.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues; maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
