Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

Responsibilities include managing the store operation, sales and inventory, staffing and development, financial management, and leading the customer service culture. The role requires a full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
