Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. The role focuses on driving store execution, performance, and customer service to build loyalty, under supervision of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include leading staff, supervising the store crew, and implementing action plans for improvements. A full-time schedule with some early mornings, overnights and weekends is required, with a comprehensive benefits package.
