Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, customer service, and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through strong leadership and effective communication.

You will supervise store crews, manage staffing, training and development, and contribute to financial management and policy implementation. A full-time flexible schedule is required to meet store needs and customer expectations.
