Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. When a manager is not onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You will use strong deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and computer skills to support daily operations.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite; ensure smooth operations.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and provide personalized service feedback.
