CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include customer service focus, pricing/stocking merchandise, and coaching colleagues to deliver CVS customer service across the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends to handle urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise the store crew, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Assist customers and resolve issues while upholding CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support weekly and seasonal displays.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety in accordance with company policy.
