Job summary

• Supervises customer service associates and store operations to meet company goals.
• Leads front-end and pharmacy teams; coordinates scheduling and performance management.
• Supports Store Manager, ensures merchandising, assets protection, and profitability.
• Develops talent, conducts training and coaching, and handles discipline when needed.
• Ensures compliant operations with policies, laws, and safety standards.
