Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U & Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U & Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, guiding with feedback and change implementation.
• Drive store performance: review PL, budgeting, forecasting, expenses, merchandising, inventory, shrink control.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, set expectations, recognize performance and promote belonging.
