• Drives store profitability by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and store operations per OBW guidance.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates hourly associates; promotes a sense of belonging.
