Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
• Monitors merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink control to meet sales goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door guidance across business processes.

Education

2 years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
