• Lead and develop teams effectively by training and listening to associates; manage customer service initiatives and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses within designated store area.
• Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing associates, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
