Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college, or one year retail and one year supervisory experience.
• For firearm‑selling facilities, may require state CBC and firearms training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues; implement action plans to improve the customer experience.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, seasonal transitions, and shrink control.
• Hire, train, mentor hourly associates; promote belonging and develop qualified staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Open Door Policy and maintaining ethics and integrity.
