Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates to deliver a great customer experience.
• Lead planning and execution of merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans based on survey results and communicate with staff.
• Identify store opportunities and implement timely solutions.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Support budgeting discussions and monitor labor and expenses.
• Drive sales and profit by optimizing department performance.
• Foster inclusive leadership and strong relationships with unions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with laws and enterprise policies and coach staff accordingly.
